• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Vibration Damper ] Service and Repair

12 Bolt

• Replace

• Only use original equipment bolts, Bolt class 12.9

• Insert bolts that are not self-locking with locking compound.

• Tightening specification and sequence => [ Tighten the vibration damper bolts in 4 steps: ] Service and Repair

13 Idler Roller for Ribbed Belt

15 Cap

16 Ribbed Belt

• Check for wear

• Do not kink

• Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker A reversed turning direction can cause damage to the ribbed belt under operating conditions

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt

• When installing the ribbed belt, make sure it is seated correctly on the pulleys
