Accessory Assembly Bracket

Removing

- Remove ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt.

- Remove generator.

- Remove A/C compressor from engine.

- Spray rubber nubs - 2 and 4 - on after-run coolant pump (V51) retainer - 1 - with silicone-free lubricating spray.





- Disengage rubber nubs from retainer - 3 - for after-run coolant pump (V51).

Leave after-run coolant pump (V51) with connected coolant hoses on engine.

- Remove bolts - 1 to 5 - and remove accessory assembly bracket.





Ignore - arrow -.

Installing

Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Drive Component Overview ] Ribbed Belt Drive Component Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

- Tighten accessory assembly bracket bolts. Refer to => [ Accessory Assembly Bracket - Tightening Specifications
and Tightening Sequence ] Ribbed Belt Drive Component Overview.

- Engage nubs - 2 - and - 4 - on after-run coolant pump (V51) elastic retainer in bracket - 3 -.





- Install A/C compressor.

- Install generator.

- Install ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt.
