Clutch Release Mechanism, Clutch Slave Cylinder Assembly Overview
1 Bolt
• Replace
• 12 Nm for metal clutch slave cylinder
• 15 Nm for plastic clutch slave cylinder
• Quantity: 3
• Carefully tighten diagonally in small stages so that the clutch slave cylinder bolting tabs do not break off
2 Clutch Slave Cylinder with Release Bearing
• The clutch slave cylinder and release bearing are one unit and can only be replaced together.
• Do not wash the bearing, just wipe it off.
• If the bearing is noisy, replace it together with the clutch slave cylinder
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Slave Cylinder with Release Bearing ] Service and Repair
3 O-ring
• Replace if damaged
• Pull onto line connection
• Install with brake fluid
4 Retaining Clip
5 Vent Screw
• Tightening specification - 17 - => [ Vent Screw ] Hydraulics Assembly Overview
6 Protective Cap
7 Retaining Clip
8 Hose/line Assembly or Plastic Line
• To the clutch slave cylinder
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Hose/Line Assembly or Plastic Line ] Service and Repair
9 O-ring
• Replace if damaged
• Pull onto line connection
• Install with brake fluid
10 Bleeder
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Slave Cylinder with Release Bearing ] Service and Repair
11 Shaft Seal
• For input shaft
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Input Shaft Seal ] Input Shaft Seal
