Noise Insulation






1 - Noise Insulation

• To remove, remove bolts - 2 - from subframe, or remove bolts - 3 - from wheel housing liner and then remove the noise insulation.

• Slide the noise insulation forward as illustrated.

2 - Combination Screw

• 6 Nm

3 - Metal Screw

• 2 Nm

4 - Wheel Housing Liner

5 - Subframe

6 - Lock Carrier

Installing the Noise Insulation into the Bottom of the Lock Carrier





- Slide the noise insulation - 3 - into the bottom of the lock carrier - 2 -.

- Narrow tabs arrow - a - must be inserted beneath, and wider tabs arrow - b - on top edge of lock carrier - 2 -.

- When doing this, retainers on wider tabs must engage in holes of lock carrier.
