Antenna System

The antenna system consists of the rear window antennas and the roof antenna.

The roof antenna ( radio, telephone, navigation system antenna (R52) ) contains the:

• Navigation system antenna (R50)

• Telephone antenna (R65)

• Satellite antenna (R170)

System with phase diversity (radio CAN/MMI from 11.03.2008)

• Antenna amplifier 3 (R112) (AM/FM1/FM2/CLS) on the left D-pillar (CAN)

• Antenna amplifier 3 (R112) (AM/FM1/FM2/TV1/TV2/CLS) on the left D-pillar (MMI)

• Antenna amplifier 2 (R111) (DAB) on the right D-pillar (CAN)

• Antenna amplifier 2 (R111) (DAB/TV3) on the right D-pillar (MMI)

• Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna (R52) (GPS/GSM/RC/SAT) roof antenna

System with switch diversity (MMI through 10.31.2008)

• Antenna Amplifier 3 (R112) (HF/ZF/TV1/TV2/FZV) on the left D-pillar

• Antenna amplifier 2 (R111) (FM3/DAB/TV3) on the right D-pillar

• Radio, telephone, navigation system antenna (R52) (GPS/GSM/RC/SAT) roof antenna
