Microphone Unit in Front Roof Module (R164)

The Microphone Unit in front roof module is located in the Front Interior Lamp (W1) and can be replaced only as a complete unit.

- Turn off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove the front interior lamp.

- Unclip the connector - 5 - from retainer in the front interior lamp and disconnect the connector.






- Pry out each microphone - 1 -, - 3 - and - 4 -.

Installing

- Install in reverse order of removal.
