Plenum Chamber Bulkhead Overview






1 Bolt

• 7 Nm

2 Lock Washer

• When installing, simply press the plenum chamber bulkhead onto the threaded pins.

3 Insulation

• The lock washer secures the insulation to the plenum chamber bulkhead.

4 Nut

• 7 Nm

5 Plenum Chamber Bulkhead

• Note the different versions when removing.

• Before removing:

- Remove the tower brace.

- Loosen the washer fluid reservoir.

- Disconnect the vacuum line to the brake booster at the connection to the plenum chamber bulkhead.

- Unclip the vacuum line from the plenum chamber bulkhead.

• To remove, remove the bolts - 1 - and nut - 4 -.

6 Seal

• Install the seal from underneath.

7 Plenum Chamber

8 Edge Protection

• Slide the edge protection onto the tab on the plenum chamber bulkhead.
