Removing






- Remove the left instrument panel vent air guide channel.

- Remove the bolts - 1 - and - 3 - and remove the mounting bracket - 2 - downward.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- The mounting bracket can only be positioned properly when the central tube is installed.

- First install the steering column with the mounting bracket on the central tube and then tighten the mounting bracket bolts - 1 - and - 3 - on the mount on the window cross-member.
