Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm

Removing

- Remove the turbocharger. Refer to => [ Turbocharger ] Turbocharger.

- Remove securing plate - 1 - over linkage on turbocharger.






- Loosen lock nut - 2 -.






- Disconnect linkage from turbocharger - 3 -.

- Disconnect vacuum diaphragm - 1 - and remove - 4 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• For the correct tightening specifications, refer to => [ Turbocharger Overview ] Turbocharger Overview

- Adjust the turbocharger vacuum diaphragm. Refer to => [ Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm, Adjusting ] Adjustments.

- Install the turbocharger. Refer to => [ Turbocharger ] Turbocharger.
