Hydraulic System

• Follow measures for disconnecting battery.

Danger of causing personal injury or damaging the vehicle.

• Take the necessary precautions to make sure the convertible top cannot open or close while you are working on it.

• The hydraulic system is self-bleeding and maintenance-free.

• It is not necessary to fill the hydraulic cylinder or the hoses with hydraulic fluid.

• There is sufficient hydraulic oil in the system so that the oil level does not go under the MIN markings.

• If work is done as a result of hydraulic fluid loss, the fluid level should be checked before operating and adjusted if necessary.

The hydraulic system is under pressure, which can cause serious personal injury.

• The hydraulic pressure within the system must be released before starting any work on the convertible top system.

- Turn off the ignition and press the convertible top operation switch (E137) - 1 - for approximately 5 seconds.






• The pressure in the hydraulic system will come down.
