Backrest Cover, Removing from Cushion

• The work description is based on a manual or power standard or sport front seat and comfort seat.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Upholstery Clip Pliers (V.A.G 1634)

Removing






- Remove the cover with the cushion. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover with Cushion ] Backrest Cover With Cushion.

- Remove the cover - 1 - from the upholstery - 2 - as far as possible.

- Cut through the upholstery clips - 3 - using pliers - 4 -.

- Remove cover from cushion.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- When installing new upholstery clips, use Upholstery Clip Pliers (V.A.G 1634).
