Cover and Cushion, Rear Seat Backrest

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim removal wedge (3409)

Removing





- Remove the rear seat backrest. Refer to => [ Rear Backrest ] Rear Backrest.

- Open zip fasteners - 2 - on both sides of the cover.

- Open the clamping strips - 3 - and - 4 - - arrow A -using the trim removal wedge (3409)

- Remove the lower cover and cushion - 1 - forward - arrow B -.

- Carefully pull and remove the cushion and cover from the adhesive strips on the front side of the rear seat backrest shell.

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Peel the protective foil off the adhesive strips and on the front side of the rear seat backrest shell when installing a new shell and cushion.

- Use new two-sided adhesive tape if re-using the old rear seat backrest shell.
