Part 1 - Headlamp Housing, Bulbs, Control Modules






1 Sealing Frame

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Sealing Frame ] Sealing Frame.

2 Ventilation

• For headlamp housing.

3 Interior Bracket For The Headlamp Housing

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Inner Headlamp Housing Bracket ] Inner Headlamp Housing Bracket.

4 Screw

• 4.5 Nm

5 Screw

• 6 Nm

• Quantity: 2

6 Front Turn Signal Lamp

• Left front turn signal lamp (M5)

• Right front turn signal lamp (M7)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Front Turn Signal Lamp Bulbs (M5)/(M7) ] Front Turn Signal Lamp Bulbs (M5)/(M7).

7 Control Module For The Front Side Marker Lamp Bulb

• Left front side marker lamp (M33)

• Right front side marker lamp (M34)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Front Side Marker Lamp Bulb Control Module (M33)/(M34) ] Front Side Marker Lamp Bulb Control Module (M33)/(M34).

8 High Beam Headlamp Bulb

• Left high beam headlamp (M30)

• Right high beam headlamp (M32)

• 12 V, 55 W (H7)

• Bulb replacing, refer to => [ High Beam Headlamp Bulbs (M30)/(M32) ] High Beam Headlamp Bulbs (M30)/(M32).

9 Screw

• 4.5 Nm

10 Housing Cover

11 Impact Screw

• For aligning headlamp housing to contour of chassis.

• Must rest against lock carrier.

12 Upper Bracket Fro The Headlamp Housing

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Upper Headlamp Housing Bracket ] Upper Headlamp Housing Bracket.

13 Screw

• 4.5 Nm

14 Housing Cover

15 Low Beam Headlamp Bulb

• Left low beam headlamp (M29)

• Right low beam headlamp (M31)

• 12 V, 55 W (H7)

• Bulb replacing, refer to => [ Low Beam Headlamp Bulb (M29)/(M31) ] Low Beam Headlamp Bulb (M29)/(M31).

16 Speed Nut

17 Parking Lamp/Daytime Running Lamp Bulb

• Left Parking Lamp (M1)

• Right Parking Lamp (M3)

• Left daytime running lamp (L174)

• Right daytime running lamp (L175)

• 12 V, 26 W (PSX26W)

• Bulb replacing, refer to=> [ Parking Lamp Bulbs (M1)/(M3) or Daytime Running Lamp Bulbs (L174)/(L175) ] Parking Lamp Bulbs (M1)/(M3) or Daytime Running Lamp Bulbs (L174)/(L175).

18 Screw

• 4.5 Nm

19 Adjusting Element

• For adjusting the headlamp housing to the bumper contour.

20 Headlamp Housing

• Front side marker lamp bulb (M33) / (M34) depending on the country. Cannot be replaced separately.

Part 2 - Repair Kit






1 Headlamp Housing

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

2 Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor

• Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)

• Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V49)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49) ] Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49).

3 Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor Housing Cover

• The headlamp housing must be cut open to replace the positioning motor.

• A housing cover can be ordered to seal the assembly opening. Refer to Electronic Parts Catalog (ETKA).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49) ] Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor (V48)/(V49).

4 Screw

• 2 Nm

• From the repair kit for the headlamp range control positioning motor cover.

• Quantity: 2

5 Screw

• 1.4 Nm
