Throttle Valve Control Module

Removing

- Remove engine cover.

- Open the clamp on the air guide hose - arrow - and remove it from the throttle valve control module (J338).





- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 - from the throttle valve control module.





- Remove the four bolts - arrows - on the throttle valve control module and then remove the throttle valve control module.

Installing

- Installation is in reverse order.

- Clean the sealing ring surface.

- Replace seal.

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Intake Manifold Overview ]

- The throttle valve control module must be adapted to the engine control module (J623) after it is replaced. Use a vehicle diagnosis tester for this.
