1 Lower Adjustment Disc

• Replace

• Determine thickness, refer to => [ Adjusting Input Shaft by Determining Air Play ] Adjusting Input Shaft By Determining Air Play

2 Outer Clutch Disc

• Replace

• Quantity: 6

3 Lining Disc

• Replace

• Quantity: 7

4 Upper Adjustment Disc

• Replace

• Determine thickness, refer to => [ Adjusting Input Shaft by Determining Air Play ] Adjusting Input Shaft By Determining Air Play

5 Corrugated Spring Washer

6 Pressure Plate

• Check for wear, refer to => [ Input Shaft, Checking for Wear ] Final Drive, Differential (0AW Continuously Variable Transmission)

7 Pistons

• Check for wear, refer to => [ Input Shaft, Checking for Wear ] Final Drive, Differential (0AW Continuously Variable Transmission)

8 Cover

• For the input shaft

• After removing cover, input shaft ball bearing must be replaced. Refer to => [ Input Shaft Ball Bearing ] Input Shaft Ball Bearing.

9 Locking Ring

• For the input shaft cover

• Replace with same thickness

10 Shaft Seal

• For the input shaft

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Input Shaft Seal ] Input Shaft Seal

11 Input Shaft

• Check for wear, refer to => [ Input Shaft, Checking for Wear ] Final Drive, Differential (0AW Continuously Variable Transmission)

12 O-ring

• Replace

13 Oil Pipe

• Check for wear, refer to => [ Input Shaft, Checking for Wear ] Final Drive, Differential (0AW Continuously Variable Transmission)
