Removing

- Remove the front seats:

• Standard seat and Sport seat (manual). Refer to => [ Manual Standard Front Seats ] Manual Standard Front Seats.

• Standard and Sport Power Seat, Comfort Seat and Super Sport Seat. Refer to => [ Power Standard Front Seats ] Power Standard Front Seats.

- Remove the rear bench seat. Refer to => [ Bench Seat ] Bench Seat.

- Remove center console. Refer to => [ Center Console ] Center Console.

- Remove the air ducts on the center tunnel.

- Remove the center console bracket and lower the shift mechanism. Refer to => [ Center Console Bracket ] Center Console Bracket.

- Remove the lower A pillar trim. Refer to => [ Lower A-Pillar Trim ] Lower A-Pillar Trim.

- Remove the sill panel strips. Refer to => [ Sill Panel Trim ] Sill Panel Trim.

- Remove the left and right front belt anchors. Refer to => [ Front Belt Anchor ] Front Belt Anchor.

- Disengage the carpet at the brackets - 1 - and - 2 -.





- Pull the carpet - 3 - back.

• Make sure the carpet does not tear at the openings.

- Fold up and remove the carpet.

Installation

- Fold the carpet lengthwise and lay it in the vehicle.

- First slide the carpet forward until the air duct and shift mechanism openings align.

- Then engage the carpet at the brackets - 1 - and - 2 -.

Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
