Clean Working Conditions

• Thoroughly clean all connections and surrounding areas before disconnecting.

• Clean the transmission and transmission components using cleaning solution (D 009 401 04).

• Use lint free cloths when cleaning. Audi recommends cloth "WYPALL X70/WORKHORSE" made by Kimberly-Clark Professional.

• Immediately seal open lines and connections with clean plugs or protective caps.

• Place parts that have been removed on a clean work surface and cover. Use foil or lint free cloths.

• Carefully cover or seal opened components, if repairs are not carried out immediately.

• Only install clean components: Only unpack replacement parts immediately prior to installation.
