Removing

- Adjust steering wheel downward and to rear as far as possible, use entire adjustment range of steering column adjustment for this.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove the center vents in the instrument panel.

- Remove the lane change assistance button (E530) - 1 - from the trim with the air vent - 2 - - arrow -.





Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Press the lane change assistance button into the switch housing.

- Install the center vents in the instrument panel.
