Oil Pump: Service and Repair

Oil Pump

Removing

- Remove the lower oil pan section. Refer to => [ Oil Pan Lower Section ] Oil Pan Lower Section.

- Remove bolts - arrows -.





- Remove the oil pump forward from the input shaft.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Oil Pan Upper and Lower Sections, Oil Pump and Oil Cooler Assembly Overview ] Oil Pan Upper and Lower Sections, Oil Pump and Oil Cooler Assembly Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

• Replace O-rings.

- Install oil pump onto the driveshaft and fasten.

- Install oil pan lower section. Refer to => [ Oil Pan Lower Section ] Oil Pan Lower Section.
