1 Metal Valve Body

• Delivered complete.

• Replace valve insert with every tire change.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Metal Valve Body ] Service and Repair.

2 Valve Core

3 Seal

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Metal Valve Body ] Service and Repair.

4 Rim

• Tires, mounting and dismounting, refer to => [ Tires, Changing, with Tire Pressure Monitoring System ] Service and Repair.

5 Left Front Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor (G222) , Right Front (G223) , Left Rear (G224) and Right Rear (G225)

• Sensor must be replaced completely.

• Remaining battery life, temperature and pressure can be read via diagnosis with Vehicle Diagnostic, Measuring and Information System (VAS 5051 B).

6 Bolt

• Tightening specification: 4 Nm

• Bolts must be replaced.

• Is only available with metal valve as replacement part.

7 Union Nut

• Tightening specification: 4 Nm

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Metal Valve Body ] Service and Repair.
