Headlamp Housing Bracket

Removing






- Remove headlamp housings, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

- Remove the front section of the front wheel housing liner..

- Remove the bolts - 1, 3 and 6 -.

- Remove the bracket - 2, 4 and 5 - for the headlamp housing.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing Bracket and Mount Overview ] Headlamp Housing Bracket and Mount Overview.

- Mount the headlamp housing bracket and then tighten the bolts hand-tight.

- Install the headlamp housing, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

- Align the headlamp housing to match the gap dimensions of the body contour.

• Gap dimension = even gap dimension.

- Tighten the bolt - 3 -.

- Remove headlamp housings, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

- Tighten the screws - 1 - and - 6 -.

- Check gap dimensions again, repeat adjustment of gap dimensions if necessary, as described above.

- Install the front section of the front wheel housing liner..

- Adjust the headlamp, refer to => [ HID Headlamp, Adjusting ] HID Headlamp, Adjusting or => [ LED Headlamp, Adjusting ] LED Headlamp, Adjusting.
