1 Ventilation

• For headlamp housing.

2 Filter Membrane

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Filter Membrane ] Filter Membrane.

3 Headlamp Housing

• Front side marker lamp bulb (M33) / (M34) depending on the country. Cannot be replaced separately.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

4 Impact Screw

• For aligning headlamp housing to contour of chassis.

• Must rest against lock carrier.

5 Screw

• 1.5 Nm

• Quantity: 4

6 Power Output Stage 2 For LED Headlamp

• For turn signal light.

• Left LED Headlamp Power Output Module 2 (A32) , Right LED Headlamp Power Output Module 2 (A28)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Power Output Stage for LED Headlamps ] Power Output Stage for LED Headlamps.

7 Power Output Stage 5 For LED Headlamp

• For turn signal 2.

• Country dependent.

• Left LED Headlamp Power Output Module 5 (A35) , Right LED Headlamp Power Output Module 5 (A36).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Power Output Stage for LED Headlamps ] Power Output Stage for LED Headlamps.

8 Power Output Stage 4 For LED Headlamp

• For daytime running lamp/parking lamp.

• Left LED Headlamp Power Output Module 4 (A34) , Right LED Headlamp Power Output Module 4 (A30).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Power Output Stage for LED Headlamps ] Power Output Stage for LED Headlamps.

15 Power Output Stage 1 For LED Headlamp

• For the headlamp electronics and bulb for the variable front lighting (L207) / (L208).

• Left LED Headlamp Power Output Module 1 (A31) , Right LED Headlamp Power Output Module 1 (A27).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Power Output Module 1, Right and Left Headlamp ] Power Output Module 1, Right and Left Headlamp.

16 Screw

• Quantity: 4

17 Power Output Stage 3 For LED Headlamp

• For the cornering lamp.

• Left LED Headlamp Power Output Module 3 (A33) , Right LED Headlamp Power Output Module 3 (A29).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Power Output Module 3, Right and Left Headlamp ] Power Output Module 3, Right and Left Headlamp.

18 Retaining Frame

• For securing the power output stage.

19 Screw

• Quantity: 3

20 Headlamp Fan

• Left Headlamp Fan (V407) , Right Headlamp Fan (V408).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Headlamp Fan ] Headlamp Fan.

21 Sealing Frame

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Sealing Frame ] Sealing Frame.

Housing Cover With Power Output Stage 1 For Led Headlamps - Tightening Specification and Sequence






- Tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm in the following sequence: - 1, 2, 3 and 4 -.

- Tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm in the following sequence: - 1, 2, 3 and 4 -.

Headlamp Fan - Tightening Specification and Sequence






- Tighten the screws to 1 Nm in the following sequence: - 2, 4 and 6 -.

Tightening Specification, Headlamp Housing Repair Set






- Tighten the screws - 2 - and - 4 - to 6 Nm.
