• 55 Nm
3 Tensioning Element
• For ribbed belt
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Tensioner ] Service and Repair
4 Ribbed Belt
• Check for wear
• Before removing, mark the direction of rotation using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] Ribbed Belt
• Do not kink
• When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the ribbed belt pulleys
5 Bolt
• For the correct tightening specification, refer to => Electrical Equipment Specifications
6 Generator
• Removing and installing
7 Bolt
• 22 Nm
8 Bolt
• 46 Nm
9 Bracket
• For generator
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Generator Bracket ] Generator Bracket
10 Alignment Bushing
• For generator bracket
• 2 pieces
11 Idler Roller
• For ribbed belt
• With bolt - 12 -
12 Bolt
• 22 Nm
13 Cap
• For the idler roller
14 Alignment Bushing
• For generator bracket
• 2 pieces
15 Vibration Damper
• With ribbed belt pulley
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Vibration Damper ] Service and Repair
16 Bolt
• Replace
• Clean the threaded holes with a thread tap.
• Insert with locking compound; Locking compound, refer to the electronic parts catalog ETKA.
• Tightening specification and sequence, refer to => [ Vibration Damper, Tightening Specification and Sequence ]
17 Thrust Washer
Vibration Damper, Tightening Specification and Sequence
• Replace bolts which have been tightened to an additional torque.
• Install the bolts with locking compound; Locking compound, refer to the electronic parts catalog ETKA.
• Clean the threaded holes with a thread tap.
