Oil Level Sensor: Service and Repair

Oil level thermal sensor (G266)

Removing

• Engine oil drained. Refer to Maintenance Procedures.

- Disconnect the connector - 3 -.






- Remove the nuts - 1 - and the oil level thermal sensor (G266) - 4 -.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Oil Pump and Lower Section of Oil Pan Overview ] Oil Pump and Lower Section of Oil Pan Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Replace the seal - 2 -.

- Fill engine oil and check oil level. Refer to Maintenance Procedures.
