Immobilizer V

The Audi A5 Coupe is the first to get immobilizer V. It will also be installed in the Audi A4 and Q5 models. The function test for adapting immobilizer V is called "* * - service immobilizer" in Guided Fault Finding. The function test is made up of modules and analyzes the data from the Geko data bank. Since the modules are interchangeable there are no actual components, but rather virtual control modules in the communications. This is why the designations may differ somewhat from the component designation, such as in the wiring diagram.
