Entry Lights and Door Warning Lights

Removing







Danger of unintended engine ignition.

Turn off the ignition and remove the ignition key from the vehicle interior for all work performed on the high voltage vehicle.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Press the retaining tab - 1 - in using a flat-head screwdriver and pry the door warning lamp or entry lamp - 2 - out.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 3 -.

- Door warning light: carefully pry the lamp cover off in the direction of the - arrow -.






- Entry light: Release the retaining clips in the direction of the - arrows - and remove the cover - 1 - from over the bulb.






- Remove the bulb - 1 - on the rear side of the door warning lamp or entry lamp from the socket - 2 -.






Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Place the cover on the door warning lamp or entry lamp.

- Insert the door warning lamp or entry lamp into the opening and engage it on the opposite side.
