Condition
The customer may claim that when adjusting the climate system temperature or air distribution that noises can be heard from the regulator motors. There may be various DTCs stored in 08 - Climate Control Module.
Technical Background
Due to a production issue with the regulator motors at the supplier, audible noises from the regulator motors could develop. The adjustment strategy of the regulator motors must be changed by way of a software update.

SVM Update Instructions
1. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB 2011732 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the coding and parameterization of the Climate Control Unit (J255) using the SVM action code as listed in the table above if necessary.
