Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2

• Currently, the A/C compressor with belt pulley version 2 is installed in vehicles with 6 cylinder gasoline engine. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog.

• Pulley, removing from compressor and re-installing, refer to => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2.

• Belt pulley version 2 is installed for example, on compressor of 7 SEU 16 type.






1 Screw

• Tightening specification 20 Nm.

• Replace

• Loosening and tightening, refer to => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2.

2 Drive Plate

• Different versions. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2.

• Disengages with torque to high (for example, compressor produces friction).

3 Circlip

• Replace

• Install on proper side (level side to compressor).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2.

4 Belt Pulley

• Rubber element of pulley disengages when torque is too-high (for example, compressor produces friction) and pulley runs freely without driving the compressor.

• Different versions. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2 ] Compressor Belt Pulley, Version 2.

• Under certain conditions (for example, rough engine idle), rubber element of pulley can disengage without a malfunction existing at compressor or in refrigerant circuit.

5 Compressor

• Different versions are installed, depending on engine version and country version of vehicle. Refer to the Electronic Parts Catalog.

• Clean compressor flange before sliding on pulley.
