Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

Light Switch

Removing






- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Turn light switch into "0" position.

- Pry off left cover from instrument panel using a screwdriver - arrow -.

- If present, remove screw - 1 - and remove air duct - 2 -.






- Reach through opening over side instrument panel vent and press light switch - 1 - out of instrument panel - arrow -.






- Disconnect the connector.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Press switch into instrument panel until lock mechanism engages.
