• Only install valve according to the Parts Catalog

• Delivered complete

• Replace valve insert with every tire change

2 Valve Core

3 Seal

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Metal Valve Body ] Removal and Replacement

4 Rim

• Tires, mounting and dismounting, refer to => [ Dismounting Tire ] Service and Repair and => [ Mounting Tire ] Service and Repair

5 Tire Pressure Sensor

• Must be completely replaced

• Remaining battery life, temperature and pressure can be read via diagnosis with vehicle diagnostic, measuring and information system

6 TORX(R) (T20) Micro-Encapsulated Bolt

• Tightening specification: 4 Nm

• Bolts must be replaced

• Is only available with metal valve as replacement part

7 Union Nut

• Tightening specification: 4 Nm

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Metal Valve Body ] Removal and Replacement

8 Beveled Washer
