Bonded Rubber Bushings in Front Housing

Removing

- Set the pneumatic/hydraulic foot pump (VAS 6179) on the lowest level.






- Pull out bonded rubber bushing.

• Pressure washer - A - off of the assembly tool (T10435).

Installing

- Place the bonded rubber bushing in its installed position on the front final drive.

• The little hole - A - and the bigger detent for the bonded rubber bushing - arrows - must be vertical to the final drive.






- Draw on the bonded rubber bushing until it sits in the center of the housing for the front final drive.
