Removing






- Remove the rear bumper cover. Refer to => [ Rear Bumper Cover, Audi RS4 ] Rear Bumper Cover, Audi RS4.

- Remove the bolts - arrows -.

- Release the retaining spring - 2 - on the bumper cover locking mechanism and remove the bumper cover side mount - 1 - downward.

Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Guide and bumper cover retainer - tightening
specification and sequence ] Rear Bumper Cover Assembly Overview, Audi RS4.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Install the rear bumper cover. Refer to => [ Rear Bumper Cover, Audi RS4 ] Rear Bumper Cover, Audi RS4.
