Electric A/C Compressor Overview

• With A/C compressor control module (J842) and electric A/C compressor (V470)

• If the A/C compressor control module is faulty, the refrigerant oil quantity must conform to the new A/C compressor. Do not flush the refrigerant circuit with R134a.

1 Electric A/C Compressor

• With A/C compressor control module (J842) and electric A/C compressor (V470)

• Removing from bracket, refer to => [ Electric A/C Compressor Removing from Bracket ] Electric A/C Compressor Removing From Bracket.

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Electric A/C Compressor ] Electric A/C Compressor.

2 O-ring Seal

• Replacing

3 Refrigerant Line

• High pressure side

4 Screw

• M8 thread - 25 Nm

• M6 thread - 9 Nm

5 High Voltage Line to Electric Drive Power and Control Electronics (JX1)

6 O-ring

• Replace

7 Refrigerant Line

• Low pressure side

8 Screw

• M8 thread - 25 Nm

• M6 thread - 9 Nm

9 Bolt

• Tightening specification 25 Nm
