The condition of the door contact, the S-contacts, the ignition and the exterior lamps on the vehicle is very important for the functioning of the interior lamps. The condition of the following components must be determined:

• Driver Door Control Module (J386)

• Front Passenger Door Control Module (J387)

• Left Rear Door Control Module (J388)

• Right Rear Door Control Module (J389)

• Comfort System Central Control Module (J393)

• Vehicle Electrical System Control Module (J519)

• Headlamp Switch (E1)

• Access/Start Authorization Button (E408) (special equipment)

• Access/Start Authorization Switch (E415)

• Driver Door Contact Switch (F2)

• Front Passenger Door Contact Switch (F3)

• Left Rear Door Contact Switch (F10)

• Right Rear Door Contact Switch (F11)

• Left Front Central Locking System Actuator (F131)

• Right Front Central Locking System Actuator (F133)

• Left Rear Central Locking System Actuator (F132)

• Right Rear Central Locking System Actuator (F134)

• Driver Door Central Locking -SAFE- Function Actuator (F243) (not USA)

• Front Passenger Door Central Locking -SAFE- Function Actuator (F244) (not USA)

• Left Rear Door Central Locking -SAFE- Function Actuator (F245) (not USA)

• Right Rear Door Central Locking -SAFE- Function Actuator (F246) (not USA)
