Removing






- Remove the fuel filler door insert. Refer to => [ Fuel Filler Door Insert ] Fuel Filler Door Insert.

- Remove the drain hose on the fuel tank filler tube insert cup. Refer to => [ Fuel Tank Filler Tube Insert Cup Drain Hose ] Fuel Tank Filler Tube Insert Cup Drain Hose.

- Remove the fuel filler door cup - 2 - from the fuel tank filler tube - 1 -.

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Slide the fuel filler door cup onto the fuel tank filler tube.

• The mark - 3 - on the fuel filler door cup must be opposite the mark - 4 - on the body.

- Make sure the rubber lip - arrow - inside the wheel housing is touching the body completely.

- Install the drain hose on the fuel tank filler tube insert cup. Refer to => [ Fuel Tank Filler Tube Insert Cup Drain Hose ] Fuel Tank Filler Tube Insert Cup Drain Hose.

- Install the fuel filler door insert. Refer to => [ Fuel Filler Door Insert ] Fuel Filler Door Insert.
