Removing






The tire pressure monitoring button (E226) is installed in the switch mount on the right side on vehicles with Start/Stop System.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove the emergency warning switch (E3). Refer to => [ Emergency Flasher Switch, from 06.2008 ] Emergency Flasher Switch, From 06.2008.

- Remove the selector unit trim.

- Releases the retaining spring - arrows - and remove the switch mount - 1 -.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 3 -.






- Press the tire pressure monitoring button (E226) - item 1 - out of the switch mount - 2 - - arrow -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Press the button into the switch mount.

- Remove the selector unit trim.

- Install the emergency warning switch. Refer to => [ Emergency Flasher Switch, from 06.2008 ] Emergency Flasher Switch, From 06.2008.
