Right 2/3 Backrest Cover with Center Armrest

Removing

- Remove 2/3 right backrest. Refer to => [ Left 1/3 or Right 2/3 Backrest ] Left 1/3 or Right 2/3 Backrest.

- Remove latch trim. Refer to => [ Latch Trim ] Latch Trim.

- Remove seat belt guide. Refer to => [ Seat Belt Guide ] Seat Belt Guide.

- Remove headrest guide. Refer to => [ Headrest Guide ] Headrest Guide.

- Pry out cover frame - 1 - with a screwdriver - 2 - - arrows -.





• The cover frame cannot be removed without destroying it.

- Tip out backrest cover - 1 - and - 2 - at pass-through in - direction of arrow -.





- On outer side of backrest, pry backrest cover - 3 - out of clamping guide with a screwdriver - 4 -.

- Remove backrest bearing - 3 - in - direction of arrow -.





- Remove backrest cover with upholstery as far as possible.

- Disconnect cable tie - 1 - for electrical connector - 2 - at bearing mount.

- Remove backrest cover with upholstery.

Installation

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

• All cable ties should be installed in same positions.

- Install headrest guide. Refer to => [ Headrest Guide ] Headrest Guide.

- Install seat belt guide. Refer to => [ Seat Belt Guide ] Seat Belt Guide.

- Install latch trim. Refer to => [ Latch Trim ] Latch Trim.

- Install 2/3 right backrest. Refer to => [ Left 1/3 or Right 2/3 Backrest ] Left 1/3 or Right 2/3 Backrest.
