Side Marker Lamps, through 05.2008

Removing






- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Turn light switch to 0 position.

- Release retaining hooks - arrows - with a screwdriver.

- Remove the air inlet grilled form the fog lamp housing and unhook the retaining tab on the bumper.

- If equipped, remove the screws - arrows -.






- Remove the fog lamp housing from the bumper.

- Unplug connector.

- Reach into the fog lamp opening and release the clip - 1 -in - direction of arrow -.






- Press the side marker lamp - 2 - from the bumper cover.

- Remove the lamp socket - 3 - from the side marker lamp housing.

Installing






Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- When installing the bulb holder - 2 - make sure that the markings - 1 - and - 3 - align with the markings - arrows - on the side marker lamps - 4 -.

- After installing the side marker lamp into the bumper cover the clip must audibly latch into place.
