Component Tests and General Diagnostics

Wire Connections, Radio and CD Changer, through KW 44/06, Checking

- Switch radio (R) off.

"Chorus"

- Press CC/CD button on radio and at the same time, switch radio on.

"Concert"

- Press CC button on radio and at the same time, switch radio on.

"Symphony"

- Press station button 4 on radio and simultaneously switch radio on and hold down switch-on button.

• Data wire from radio to CD changer (R41) is not checked.

Wire Connection OK

Shown on display:

"CDC CONNECTED"

Wire Connection not OK

Shown on display:

"NO CDC"

- Check the connector on the CD changer.

- Repeat wiring check and if not OK, check wiring connector according to wiring diagram.
