Power Headrests







Power Headrests

The headrests can be removed with the front seats installed.

The release button is located on the outer left of the driver seat and inner left of the passenger seat.

Removing






- Remove backrest panel:

Two section backrest cover. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover (Section Two) ] Backrest Cover (Section Two).

One section backrest cover. Refer to => [ Backrest Cover (Section One) ] Backrest Cover (Section One).

- Unclip the cable tie clip - 3 - on the backrest frame - 1 -.

- Disconnect the connector - 2 -.

- Reach under the backrest cover and find the release button pressure point - 3 -.






- Press the release button forward in the direction of the - arrow -.

- Hold release button - 3 - down in this position.

- Pull headrest - 2 - up out of guides - 1 - and - 4 -.

When removing the headrest, make sure the connector on the headrest side does not get stuck in the headrest guides or in the fixed cover cap.








- When removing the headrest - 1 -, guide the wire with the connector - 4 - through the headrest guide - 3 -.

Installing






Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- When installing the headrest, the release button - 3 - must not be pressed in.
