Relay/Fuse Panel Mount with Vehicle Electrical System Control Module

Removing






- Remove the left instrument panel vent.

- Remove the bolt - arrow - on the air duct - 1 -.

• It is not necessary to remove the air duct.

- Remove the vehicle electrical system control module (J519). Refer to => [ Vehicle Electrical System Control Module (J519) ] Vehicle Electrical System Control Module (J519).






- Insert a socket on an extension between the air duct - 3 - and the central tube - 4 - and remove the nut - 2 -.

- Remove the nut - 5 - using the socket on the extension - 6 - as illustrated.

- Remove the mount from the threaded pins.

- Disengage the retaining pins - 1 - on the mount at the side guide in the A-pillar - arrow - while pulling the mount toward the passenger compartment.

Installing






Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ Relay Carrier and Fuse Panel in Instrument Panel and A-Pillar Overview ] Relay Carrier and Fuse Panel In Instrument Panel and A-Pillar Overview.

- Engage the retaining pins - 1 - on the mount - 3 - at the side guide in the A-pillar - arrow -.

- Tighten the nut - 2 -.

- Install the air duct to the left instrument panel vent.

- Install the left instrument panel vents.
