Entry Assistance Release Cable A, Adjusting
The following conditions must be met to adjust the "entry assistance" release cable:
• The upholstery must be removed from the seat and backrest and they must be bolted to each other.
• To adjust the entry assistance function, the backrest must be positioned at the front stop.
• The entry assistance release cable B must be engaged at the backrest and on the lower section of the seat.
Checking and Correcting
- Press the entry assistance lever - 4 - in the direction of the - arrow - as far as the stop.

- Release the tabs - 3 - and - 5 - - arrows A - with a screwdriver while pushing the lock - 2 - down - arrow B - at the same time.
- To adjust, turn the upper part - 4 - and the lower part - 1 - contrary to each other.
- Adjust the cable so it is free of play and tension.
- Make sure the cables work after adjusting them.
- If it does not release or only releases partially, check the release cable routing or repeat the adjustment.
