Removing






- Remove the passenger knee airbag => [ Front Passenger Knee Airbag Igniter (N296) ] Front Passenger Knee Airbag Igniter (N296).

- Vehicles with a storage compartment inside the glove compartment: Release the tabs on the left and right sides with a screwdriver - arrow - and then remove the storage compartment from the glove compartment.

- Vehicles with a CD player: remove the CD player.

- Remove the upper diagonal bolt - 1 - and the right bolt - 2 -.






- Remove the side cover on the passenger side instrument panel => [ Instrument Panel Side Cover ] Instrument Panel Side Cover.






- Open the glove compartment cover and remove the screws - arrows -.

- Remove the glove compartment far enough so the electrical harness connector on the central connector can be disconnected.

- Vehicles with an external audio source connection (R199) : remove the external audio source connection (R199).

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
