Release Cable with Remote Control Unlock Handle

• The removal and installation procedure is described on the release cable with the left the remote control unlock handle. Removal and installation is similar on the release cable with the right remote control unlock handle.

Removing






- Remove the seat bench. Refer to => [ Bench Seat ] Bench Seat.

- Remove the backrest. Refer to => [ Backrest ] Backrest.

- Remove side trim. Refer to => [ Side Trim ] Side Trim.

- Remove the remote control unlock handle - 1 -. Refer to => [ Remote Control Unlock Handle ] Remote Control Unlock Handle.

6 Release cable

- Unclip the wiring clip - 2 -.

- Remove the retainers - 3 - (quantity: 2) with the wiring harness.

- Remove tabs - 4 - from stud bolts - 5 -.

- Open cover - 1 - of connector station - 2 -.






- Disengage control cable bracket - 3 -.

- Disengage the release cable - 4 - at the coupling - 5 - and remove it.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- It is not necessary to adjust the release cable.
