Halogen Headlamps, Through 10.08

Low Beam Headlamp or Daytime Running Lamp Bulbs

Removing





- Remove headlamp housings. Refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

- Remove the high beam/turn signal housing cover - 1 - from the headlamp housing - arrow -.

- Remove the bulb - 1 - from the spring clips.





- Disconnect the electrical connector - 2 - on the high beam bulb.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Insert the new bulb into the housing without touching the bulb with bare hands.

- Position the bulb on the lower spring clip.

- Press the bulb into the housing past the upper spring clips.

- Close the housing cover - 1 -. When doing this, the strap - 2 - must align with the mark - 3 - on the headlamp housing.





- Install the headlamp housing. Refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.
