Bi-Xenon HID Headlamps With Cornering Lamp

HID Headlamp Bulbs

Risk of death due to high voltage, injury risk and environmental hazard.

Removing





- Remove headlamp housings. Refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.

- Release spring clip - arrow - and remove gas discharge lamp housing cover - 1 - from headlamp housing.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 -.





- Turn the locking ring - 3 - in - direction of arrow - and remove the HID bulb - 2 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Insert the new HID bulb into the housing without touching the bulb with bare hands.

• Installation location, the electrical connection faces down.

- Secure HID lamp with circlip.

- Close the housing cover and secure it the spring clip.

- Install the headlamp housing. Refer to => [ Headlamp Housing ] Headlamp Housing.
