Relay Carrier and Fuse Carrier, Luggage Compartment, 5-Door







Comfort System Central Control Module

Removing

- If the control module was replaced, select the Replace function for the respective control module in Guided Fault Finding or Guided Functions.

- Select the function or path.






- Follow the instructions on the Vehicle Diagnosis Tester display.

- Open the right luggage compartment side trim cover.

- Disconnect the connector on the 12 V socket and move the cover to the side.

- Cut the cable tie - 4 -.





- Unlock the left and right outer tab - 3 - - arrow A - and move the cover - 1 - in - direction of arrow B - as far as possible at the same time.

- Release the tab in the center and remove the comfort system central control module (J393) - 2 - and the cover.

- Remove the comfort system central control module - 5 - from the cover - 1 -.





- Disconnect the electrical connectors - 2 - and - 4 -.

- Pull the fuse - 9 - in - direction of arrow - and disconnect the antenna connector - 8 -.

- Disconnect the connectors - 3, 6 and 7 -.

- To disconnect electrical connector, press catch - 1 -, turn retaining bracket in - direction of arrow - and remove connector.





- Remove the comfort system central control module.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

When installing, install cable ties at same location.
