Glove Box Lamp Switch: Service and Repair

Glove Compartment Lamp Switch

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Removing





- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Disengage fuse panel D and move it to the side. Refer to => [ Fuse Panel D with Right Instrument Panel Fuse Panel ] Fuse Panel D With Right Instrument Panel Fuse Panel.

- Disconnect the electrical connector - 3 -.

- Remove the hinge bolts - 1 -.

- Release switch - 2 - counterclockwise - arrow - and remove.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Attach fuse panel D. Refer to => [ Fuse Panel D with Right Instrument Panel Fuse Panel ] Fuse Panel D With Right Instrument Panel Fuse Panel.
