Seat Frame Assembly Overview






1 Seat depth adjuster

• Only for Sport seat/Super Sport seat

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Seat Depth Adjuster, Sport Seat/Super Sport Seat ] Seat Depth Adjuster, Sport Seat/Super Sport Seat

• For the correct allocation, refer to parts catalog

2 Upper seat pan frame

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Upper Seat Pan Frame ] Upper Seat Pan Frame

• For the correct allocation, refer to parts catalog

• Install all electrical and electronic components and wires in the new upper frame.

3 Window

4 Bolt

• Quantity: 4

• Self-locking

• Replacing

• Threaded holes for screws must be cleaned, for example, with thread cutter

• 22 Nm

5 Lower seat pan frame

• Driver side: with driver seat forward/back adjustment motor (V28)

• Front passenger side: with front passenger seat forward/back adjustment motor (V31)

• Cannot be disassembled

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Driver and Front Passenger Seat Forward/Back Adjustment Motors V28/V31 ] Driver and Front Passenger Seat Forward/Back Adjustment Motors V28/V31

• For replacing, install the Removing and Installing and seat belt latch in the new lower frame

6 Bushing

• Inserted in all bracket locations

• Cannot be replaced with workshop materials

• The assembly component must be replaced if the bushing is damaged
