Bracket for Control Motor (V240)

Removal






- Remove the right rear air door motor. Refer to=> [ Right Rear Air Door Motor (V240) ] Right Rear Air Door Motor (V240).

- Expose the wiring harness - 1 -.

- Unscrew the bolts - 2, 3, 5 -.

- Remove the bracket - 4 -.

Installation

Installation is done in reverse order, observe the following:

• Tightening specification, refer to=> [ Comfort Version - Add On Parts of the A/C Unit Overview ] Comfort Version - Add On Parts of the A/C Unit Overview.

- Install the wiring harness in the mounts so that it cannot come in contact with any moving parts (for example, the lever of the control motor).

- Install the right rear air door motor. Refer to=> [ Right Rear Air Door Motor (V240) ] Right Rear Air Door Motor (V240).

After completion of the repair work, perform the following work on the control head using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function:

- Read out the event memory and erase any displayed entries.

- Perform the basic setting.

- Perform output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM).
